Tower 180 was a repositioning of a 300,000 square foot, Class C office building, originally known as the Executive Complex built in 1963, to Class A+ office space. The budget included 25-story high-rise envelope replacement, 15,000 square feet ground floor retail, 25,000 square feet rooftop amenity space and state of the art lobby, 20,000 square feet spec suite office space, and 20,000 square feet rooftop event space.
